〈樂屏東〉為屏東青年自發性舉辦的音樂系列講座，邀請一線的音樂人分享音樂表演的相關知識與經驗，希望能在屏東播下音樂的種籽。副標「屏東囝仔蹲馬步」就是期許屏東青年在為夢想打拼前，能有紮實的基本功，蹲穩馬步，一起成長。
音樂素養需要時間淬煉而成；一如知識累積，需要日日月月積累；一如年輪生成，需要歲歲年年茁壯。
主視覺以年輪發想，年輪中心為屏東地圖，希望音樂的種籽能從屏東出發，累積、擴散並傳承。為了使年輪與音樂更具連結，視覺上也做了細微調整，讓它「近看是年輪，遠看則是黑膠唱片」，線條粗細變化模擬黑膠唱片光澤感，而右下角的年輪缺口則象徵老式唱針。
Music Pingtung, a series of musical lectures spontaneously organised by the young generation in Pingtung, aims to invite some of the well-known musicians to share their knowledge and experience in music field, with the expectation of cultivating the ambience of music in Pingtung. Subtitled as Kids Dūn Mǎ-bù, the event encourages the young generation to gear up firmly to pursue their dreams. Cultivate one’s appreciation of music takes time and efforts over the years, just as how we acquire the knowledge and how a tree grows its growth rings.
The visualisation of this concept is designed according to the growth ring, mapping out Pingtung as the incubation centre of music. In the meantime, some modifications of the “Growth Ring” are made to create the connection to the music. That is, when you take a closer look at it, it looks just like the growth ring, while it turns out to be a gramophone record in a distance. In addition, the design also imitates the sketch of the record, with a crack of the growth ring indicating the stylus.
