信義企業集團成立以來,不只深耕房地產業,更秉持「以人為本」的信義精神,「堅持企業社會責任,成就世界級服務業」。投注深厚心力於企業社會責任上。

本次報告書希望能跳脫較為制式、嚴肅的報告書樣式,讓人們對於CSR、SDGs等議題能降低距離感並產生興趣,進而一起關注、監督。

在報告書版型設計上,訂定出章節主要色系,並使用抽象的情境照取代以往的企業活動圖作為跨頁圖片,藉此傳遞信義企業的信念和氣度,也讓觀者能更自由感受。報告書的文字量大,因此也加入線條插畫增添輕鬆活潑的閱圖氣氛,平衡文字與表格的艱澀感。雖然名為企業社會責任報告書,但含括對象絕對不是只有企業,更是社會上的每位公民的責任。

The design for the Sinyi Group CSR Report aims to reimagine how corporate publications can communicate social values. While rooted in the Group’s long-standing philosophy of being “people-oriented” and committed to corporate social responsibility, the report seeks to present these ideas through a more approachable and visually engaging format.

Rather than following the conventional and rigid tone of traditional CSR reports, this design introduces warmth and accessibility. Each chapter adopts a distinct color palette to build visual rhythm and hierarchy. Abstract imagery replaces typical corporate photography, allowing the visuals to convey Sinyi’s beliefs and generosity of spirit while leaving space for personal interpretation.

To balance the report’s heavy textual content, hand-drawn line illustrations are interwoven throughout, creating moments of lightness and visual pause. These illustrations bring a sense of sincerity and openness, encouraging readers to connect emotionally with the content.
Ultimately, although titled a Corporate Social Responsibility Report, the message extends beyond the corporate realm—it reminds us that social responsibility is a shared mission for everyone in society.
